A Little About
A Learning and Development consultant with over 35 years of experience including the army tenure. He has been responsible for launching a global training practice in the Indian market for a World Bank organisation which included capacity building, localisation and customisation of content, franchisee development and management, project management, assessment and certification of trainers, brand building and business development.
He has expertise across the entire cycle of training from assessing knowledge / skills gap, setting learning objectives to fill the gap, managing content development and quality assurance in training and impact assessment.
He has over 2,000 hours of training delivery across country, overseas and online, including 35 Train the Trainer workshops across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Indonesia for World Bank (International Finance Corporation), USAID and other organisations. He has trained, assessed and mentored over 600 trainers across these countries.

• Mentored women entrepreneurs from Israel, Kenya and Malaysia under aegis of Cherie Blaire Foundation.
• Developed Entrepreneurship Development Program for Cherie Blaire Foundation.
• Developed online learning material for NSDC training partners.
• Facilitated Leadership Development Programs for Franklin Covey South Asia including the flagship “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” program.
• Strategic consulting for Bird Group, one of the biggest travel and hospitality conglomerate in India.
• Delivered live online trainings to multiple clients during Covid 19 Pandemic
• Co-facilitated the pilot of IFC’s Facilitating Learning Online program for 14 participants from India and Sri Lanka. Staff Officer in Military Operations Directorate
• Worked under the DGMO (Director General of Military Operations) at Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence during his Army service
